Child Sponsor Persona

Pat is scrolling through her Facebook feed and sees a video and a story a friend has posted about children in Africa that are in need of basic necessities. She wells up and wishes all kids were safe and loved and wishes she could make a difference. As she reads more of the post she sees the "Sponsor a child now" button. She eagerly clicks and is delighted to see that in two steps she can make a difference in a child's life. Within seconds she receives an email thanking her for sponsoring Veronica. Her heart swells and she feels that her morning coffee at Starbucks is the best tasting coffee she's ever had.  She immediately shares her experience and link to the organization on Facebook, Instagram and on her Pinterest board. 


If going to donate it must be fast and they want the "Thank you, you're awesome email" right away
